On Thursday, February 15, 2024, In a proactive and forward-thinking context, the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Youth Assembly recently engaged in a significant encounter with Ms. Samira Ciozero, the Deputy Head of the Diplomatic Mission at the Swiss Embassy in Kinshasa.

This notable meeting, which took place at the swiss embassy, was characterized by candid and constructive dialogues centered around the pressing challenges and promising opportunities that confront the Congolese youth.

The exchange aimed to foster collaboration, explore innovative solutions, and advance the interests of the youth demographic in the DRC.

Special Promotion and Handing over Ceremony -2024

AUYA -RDC's handing over ceremony between Hon. Josué Kilolo Didasi and Hon. Jack KAMBUA, a significant transition in leadership.Hon. Kilolo Didasi who previously held the position as the Country President, has been promoted to the executive board level, which is a high level position at the AUYA General headquarters.

In this elevated role, Hon. Kilolo Didasi will contribute to strategic decision-making at the headquarters.Meanwhile, Hon. Jack Kambua has officially assumed the role of the Country President for AUYA in RDC. His responsibilities include leading the National Assembly and representing AUYA’s interests in the country.

During the ceremony, Hon. Kambua expressed gratitude to the organization’s Founders and the Executive Council Board.The event was graced by distinguished guests from various African countries, including government cabinet ministers, governors, members of the diplomatic corps, and national and provincial deputies.
